« I booked in advance, only to find (after traveling a long distance from my home) that I could not check-in as I will not be 21 until February of 2027. I was left with nowhere to go, and spent a long evening and night searching for a hotel in which to stay the night. It would have been extremely helpful if there had been a notice regarding this policy that would pop up before finalizing booking, »

« The building was painted black and looked nothing like the photos. I booked this hotel primarily because the swimming pool looked decent. The actual pool looked nothing like the one in the picture. it was run down and looked like they spread cement to cover up the existing tile that was there. Thought I was staying in a trailer park. I’m not picky by any means, but the pictures are deceitful. I would give less than 2 stars but the room and staff was acceptable. »
