« The staff at Best Western The Lagoon Manado were excellent. Sonya / David and their team made sure to give us the utmost attention and care beyond our expectations. They truely deserve a commendation.
However, the hotel pool bar currently isn't operational (it would be nice if it was).
Also, some of the windows on our room were not sound-proofed properly and as a result we were often awoken in the middle of the night by loud noises from the outside. Perhaps the windows could do a revamp. »
« Advertising states deluxe room with garden view. A huge hole in the ground apparently was going to be a pool that never happened. Nowhere to sit in the room except for worn and dangerous swing chairs on the balcony. Dangerous access to the beach and for kids and older adults not accessible. Says private beach. More than half the items on the all day menu unavailable all day. For the high price I cannot recommend anything about the property or encourage anyone to stay »
« While the hotel is already little isolated from the city it a place that I come back to. I was given an early check in and a late check out.
The staff were friendly and went out of their way with trying to help solve a problem (not of their making).
My room was spacious and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. The pool was clean.

« Just a quick one night stay before flying home. The stay was very accommodating with an early dinner order as we had an early morning flight. They also provided us with a breakfast to go and transport to Manado airport. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Thank you for a lovely one night stay. »
