„The property is clean and quiet, however we got locked out from the main entrance of the villa compound at around midnight, apparently the door was locked from the inside. We have to wait for around 30-45 minutes before someone from the villa management came over. Our weekend get away was ruined because of this incident You need to change the lock so the main gate can not be locked from the inside or give us the key of the main gate to us I hope other customers will not experience what we had“

„Very nice property with excellent staff. The common areas or bathrooms are basically outside, so they don't have air conditioning (AC), but the rooms do. Ask them not to cut off the AC in the rooms after housekeeping because they did it to us and I legit thought I was going to pass out it was so hot. Staff were apologetic and answered quickly. Breakfast was included with our stay and are walking distance from the Villa. Our favorite was Warung Pantai Seseh but we went to Mewali as well. ...

"Wir haben 5 Nächte im Conrad Bali verbracht. Wir waren von allem begeistert. Der sehr großen Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet, der wunderschönen Hotelanlage mit mehreren Pools. Dem schönen Strand, dem stets freundlichen, aufmerksamen und hilfsbereiten Personal. Wir sind auch sehr dankbar für das uns entgegengebrachte Verständnis und auch die ärztliche Unterstützung während unseres Aufenthalts. Danke an das gesamte Conrad Bali Team 🙏❤️ Ein einziges Minus gab es aus während unseres Aufenthalts und das war die 4-tägige Hochzeitsfeier, die sich zum größten Teil vor unserer Terrasse abgespielt hat."
