We turned the heat on in room 213 and it smelled horrible like there was mouse poop in there. Tried to tell staff at departure but they were busy and I didnât want to wait. Stay was fine no issues otherwise

The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff was pleasant and very friendly. We enjoyed the atrium area, especially the hot tub and the seating area. The hot breakfast buffet was delicious. We would definitely stay again!
