« We enjoyed our stay here very much. The hosts are friendly and accommodating while also giving you your space and privacy. One of the bedrooms is a loft which concerned me initially, however, it was unwarranted. There are strong handles and plenty of light-even in the middle of the night. The beds and bedding are comfortable, the hot tub clean and the jets nice and strong. It’s quite pleasant here and so close to lovely Jacksonville, Ashland and the surrounding areas. We will be back! »

« The host was easy to talk to and was very responsive. The home and the ADU was immaculately clean and oh so comfortable!! The home and the ADU had everything we needed during the entirety of our stay. It was a family friendly home with a ton of extra touches, such as blackout curtains, sheer privacy curtains, dog toys, books, games and a covered carport to keep our car from being super hot. We loved the park across the street and being able to walk everywhere from the home. We will be staying...

« The area is nice it’s near town. The house isn’t very clean. There’s stains on the carpet, The floor wasn’t clean. The silverware and knife’s played some were not washed they had previous guests stuff in them. The pots don’t work for cooking very well they are pretty old. We found 2 cockroaches in the kitchen unfortunately. The house is nice it just needs more keeping up with and for it to be cleaned. »

« The house was not clean. We had to vacuum sunflower seed shells out of the rug in the living room, wipe down the dining room chairs that were coated in sticky stuff, rewash dishes that were in the cupboard and we found a pill on one of the nightstands in the kid's room. There are dark smears of something on the doorframes in both bathrooms, cobwebs inside and out, and dust on all of the surfaces. The shower liner in the bathroom is moldy and there is mold in the shower of the primary bathroom...
