« Everything was exceptional except for the parking. I would defintely stay here again but if you do, expect drive down a service ramp and have to call the front desk to let you into a garage below. When coming back out, you need to call someone to let you out and the drive up the ramp. Its a bit risky because you are inverted and cant see oncoming traffic before you turn on the street. »

« Great location, convenient for visiting Harvard, Charlestown, Freedom Trail, MIT, and downtown Boston. The room was clean and very spacious. Quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and shops. A few negatives despite a good overall rating: stained carpet, noisy unsealed shower pan, noise and music coming from the drains, and valet service not necessary. Generally speaking, you need to ensure the basics are in place before you try to appear more luxurious than you are. »
