We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring Dubai. Everything exceeded our expectations. A very special thank you to Ranjith, who truly made our stay exceptional. He took great care of us from the moment we arrived, always with a warm smile, kindness, and professionalism. He was incredibly attentive, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. His outstanding service made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Ranjith is a real asset to the hotel, and we are very grateful for everything he did for us.
