« Old hotel that would rely need a refurbishment. »

« Hôtel bien tenu, très propre, accueil agréable, chambre confortable avec des prestations de qualité, petit déjeuner complet avec des plats chauds cuisinés. Un seul regret, non seulement le parking est payant mais nous avons réglé 3 jours de stationnement pour 2 nuits. Il semble donc que l'on nous fasse payer le jour d'arrivée ainsi que celui du départ. »

« Love the nice spacious one bedrooms. Room is complete with microwave and coffeepot. I also love the breakfast that is included. Comfortable beds and friendly staff. So convenient to the Portland Airport. We would stay here again and we would recommend to others. »

« Place is new or recently remodeled. Everything was fresh and clean. Rooms include a kitchenette that we did not use. Breakfast is ordinary self-serve and got the job done. »

« Always staying there before flying back home. Spent 4 nights and as always very comfy and spacious rooms. The place is also conveniently located at a MAX tram station if you want to skip the traffic when going downtown. 5th stay, always fine. Will return. »

« Hôtel bien rénové mais bruyant si vous donnez sur la route. J'avais demandé une chambre au calme bien longtemps à l'avance j'ai eu une chambre au dessus de l'accueil et face aux ascenseurs, c'est à dire tout sauf calme. Petit déjeuner sans plus. Manque vite de produits et se termine à 9h00. Quartier assez sécuritaire malgré tout. »

« Accueil beaucoup trop long (près de 30 mn et 1 seul personne à l'accueil) indigne d'un hôtel de ce standing. Pour le reste on retrouve toutes les qualités des Hampton Inn (belles chambre bien équipée, climatisation assez silencieuse, bon WIFI, très bon petit-déjeuner...). A noter que la piscine était hors d'usage mais on pouvait utliser celle du Sheraton voisin. A noter l'efficacité de la navette pour l'aéroport. »

« The lady at the front desk was a pure delight. She was welcoming and helpful. The bed was super comfortable and so were the pillows. Efficient shuttle service as well. Overall good value for the price. »

« The young lady working at the front desk the day we arrived and the day we departed went above and beyond. We arrived well ahead of time and asked if there were any early check ins. We had a room with 2 queen beds but she was able to find 2 double beds and honestly that was much better for my daughter and I. The hotel also has a small bar and restaurant. The service was a little slow but after a very long travel day it was nice to have dinner right there. Affordable and good food. »
