« This place is just basic. Nothing exceptional for the price. Their team especially at the restaurant needs to get a proper training in hospitality.
Moreover the towels wasnt good for the standard. Indeed, they were tattered. Improvements must be done there. The gym is extremely tiny. A bit disappointed by the premise. »

« The hotel said they did not have an agreement with Expedia. They said that the agreement was with the former owner and Expedia not they the current owners. They said that they are Bon Pearl hotel and not The Pearl hotel. They said that my payment was to Expedia and not them. So I ended up not staying there. Please how do I get a refund? I have had difficulties trying to contact Expedia support team. »

« My room was above the pool and I saw water damage in the walls… My initial impression of the room was fair. However, upon inspection, my towels were not clean as I found small hairs trapped in them. I looked closer and it seemed like they were stains all over the carpet, like it had been spot clean for years and never professionally steam cleaned.
