« The room that I booked was a Suite for Double queen. Never got that room type and the room we did receive was filthy. Items from previous guests were still there the refrigerator was nasty. Cigarette burns on every surface imaginable but this is a non smoking hotel. My child mentioned the toilet smelled like someone just pooped in it. I was very surprised as Extended stay America has a great reputation. Turns out for this location it’s an exception to the norm. »

« This place is a dump. The only nice thing I can say was there were no bugs in room. floor was damaged and filthy dirty. Transient population using facilities. Had a dog in one of the rooms that barked all night. Mattress was terrible. Minimal amount of towels. Washcloth you can see through. When I pointed out to manager that rate I was charged was more than currently advertised. He stated that is because expedia gets alot of the money. I would never stay there again and would never want...

« When I checked into my room, it looked clean. I pulled that covers back to get in bed. The sheets were dirty. I pulled the sheet back and the pad underneath was dirty so I went to the office to get new sheets. They gave me a new room, but I got in that room. I checked the sheets. They were clean. It had a foul smell, no remote and only one lightbulb. There is no security security doors that a lot to get into the building to go into your room, everything is unlocked and open.
