« On n'a pas besoin d'être un ejecutivo pour apprécier cet hôtel, et heuruesement pour moi ! Le personnel était très acceuillant et chaleureux, toujours prêt à m'aider et à s'adapter aux besoins, mais jamais trop sérieux. Le Wi-Fi était efficace et compris dans le tarif. Le petit déjeuner était bon, et il y avait la possibilité de dîner le soir. Je ne pourrais pas demander mieux de mon premier séjour à Pasto. »

« We booked the hotel for $40 but when we got there and they noticed we had three people instead of two they change the price to $70 but they didn't give us a better room it was the smallest room they had and they said it was so that we could eat breakfast but I told them we weren't going to eat breakfast and they still charged us $70 there was another room right across from ours with the door open that was twice as big and no one stayed in it, if they would have given us this room I could have...
