„We had a 2 night stay and were not informed at check in the room wouldn't be made up daily. We can appreciate re-using towels but for the price they should have made the bed, taken out the trash, restocked our coffee, and replaced the disposable coffee cups. I had to make 3 trips to the lobby to get Coffee and cups.“

„The lady at front desk (Jackie?) was very nice, fun and helped us in many ways. It’s an old building and that’s a part of experience. The only disappointment was the jet tab in our room. Probably not used much though looked clean, the hot water was brownish and a bit challenging to use it. Still we enjoyed our stay :)“

„Schönes Hotel mit Flair, weitläufige Anlage, nahe am See. Würden wir wieder hingehen und vielleicht etwas länger als nur eine Nacht bleiben. Einzig störend war der kleine, laute Kühlschrank. Und für die Grö des Zimmers, war der TV etwas zu klein.“

„We had three wonderfull days in Horton Creek Inn. The accommodation and the surroundings were a Dream, the room and the whole House was lovingly furnished . Jeannie & Dave were pefect hosts, the breakfast was outstanding. We would like to come back anytime and keep the stay in the best Memory!“

„It was the little touches from the personalized note to wonderful selections of beverages and snacks in my room. The dinner menu, though brief, had variety. I had a new item, ricotta on sour dough toast.........it was delicious. The staff were very friendly and attentive, I will be sure to recommend.“

„Staff was honest. Hotel was a mess. Remodel? Was in progress. We traveled from states away and hoped to feel at home and relaxed but it was a mess. Bummed the pool was gross with windows being replaced and construction was in process. For the amount of money we booked for this hotel, I was not impressed! The front desk staff attendant was professional and honest — however the room had a leaky toilet and the pool construction was huge bummer. Charlevoix was beautiful though. Probably the worst ...
