„Very dated and in need of upgrading hotel. parking was ok with minimal $32 charge. Man at check in was not very pleasant and actually rude to me . I was waiting in line along with a differentfamily when he asked "next in line", I moved up but he then loudly replied "you're not next!" and he pointed to the family that was next to me. We both arrived at the same time so hard to tell really who was next. He could have not said anything and let me be next or used better language and softer ...

„Friendly staff, well located in Downtown Phoenix, excellent value for money esp. for the breakfast. On the downside: no curtains before the windows in the room resulting in zero privacy. Hence, other guests could directly peek into your room. There is a window shade which can be rolled down but then you feel "trapped" since it completely "darkens" the room. So either let other guests peek into your room or sit in the dark...“
