« It was perfect! »

« This is the second time I have stayed at the Oaklander. The first time there were stains all over my sheets. They were changed. This time the pillows were wrinkled and did not smell fresh. I had to request new pillow cases. It’s a beautiful hotel but when they tell you they are inspecting your room before you go in beware, you better inspect it yourself. Housekeeping was very courteous when they changed the pillow cases. One bright point. Very disappointing for such a beautiful hotel. »

« Didn’t make it. Booked the hotel and a rental car through Expedia. Showed up to get the rental and they didn’t have it. Called every rental car played within a 50 mile radius and all were sold out. Messaged Expedia to let them know and I still got charged for the hotel. So I didn’t get to go on vacation and still had to pay. Thanks Expedia »

« $5.35 for a Twix bar when you have a C-store across the street is absolutely ridiculous! That’s price gouging. Doesn’t have a business center with at least 1 computer and printer for travelers who may need access. »
