« I wasn’t impressed with my stay. I’ve stayed there a few times in the past and it was excellent. The steam room was out of order. For the 2 nights. The front office didn’t have change for the laundry. I had to go for a walk to get change. I will not be staying there again. It wasn’t the best experience. »

« I enjoyed the mineral pools very much. The food in the restaurant was quite tasty, with fast service. The only negative is that I booked a two night stay, but had a medical emergency and left early the morning after arrival, and when I asked hotel staff if I could be re-embursed for the next night, they told me they couldn't do anything, i had to contact Expedia. When I did that, Expedia said they tried contacting the hotel and couldn't get ahold of them. I was eventually told I wouldnt be...
