„The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. They were under-staffed and the website states that there was a pool and gym onsite. That is not true as you had to go across the street to the Hotel Captain Cook and use their facilities. Those facilities are more for elderly men/women and the mens quarters made my sons feel uncomfortable. “

„In the begininng we were somewhat upset as there is no parking provided and we had difficulties when asking information via telephone as the receptionist was not a native english speaker. Finally in our room we were delighted with the size and the terrific view. However the big plus was the professionalism and asbolute insistance on customer satisfaction demomstated by the room service team. This team is simply the best we have ever encountered. Congratulations to Marriott of this service team.“
