Hôtel Centre-ville, Banner Elk

« The front desk staff is exceptional. The bartenders are exceptional. »

« We enjoyed our stay at the inn. The restaurant was nice to have next door and food was delicious. Loved sitting by the campfire too! Front desk check in person was very friendly. We will be back. »

« Very nice and relaxing. »

« Staff and breakfast were amazing. Room cleanliness could have been a better but not bad. No blackout curtains. There was an event while we were there and parking was chaotic. Also it can be very loud in the rooms during events. Overall a decent place to stay. The property is beautiful. »

« Good and friendly staff »

« Chambre propre, personnel aimable et petit déjeuner très bien. »

« Second time I’ve stopped by. Nice place! It’s clean, warmth and comfortable. Personal is nice. Love the breakfast, lots of choices. Definitely a place to stop by. »

« Mal dormi a cause de voisins télé toute la nuit....et fumant sur terrasse , fumée arriva.t dans notre chambre....voisins bruyants inaccessible, ne repondant pas à la sonnette ..... »

« Kate the receptionist was particularly friendly and helpful, the place was super clean, everything was perfect. »

« Was great for a one night stay »

« Get your Starbucks morning fix in the hotel lobby. Kind staff »

« Notre chambre n’était pas prête à notre arrivée. Nous devions avoir une chambre au 2e étage mais avons du se contenter d’une chambre au 1er sinon nous aurions attendus. Par contre, la chambre obtenue était très propre et confortable. Les chambres côté rue sont très bruyantes à cause du traffic. Somme toute pour 1 nuit l’hôtel est bien correct »

We didn't know that places would be closed either due to it being off season or Easter weekend. We had to go into Banner Elk to eat and buy groceries. Just wanted to add that for people like us that don't travel to the mountains often. Overall we had a good trip, but I would stay in Banner Elk, Boone, or Blowing Rock next time. »

« This is one of the most charming inns! Yes, it's a bit old and the room a little small, but it's clean and super bright. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept like babies being able to open the windows instead of having to endure the noise of the air conditioner like in all places. The front desk staff was very nice and called within a few hours of our arrival to make sure we liked our room and were comfortable. We will absolutely return here! We also fell in love with this charming...
