Hôtel Centre-ville de Killeen, Killeen

« Very mid, dark gloomy rooms. Can tell is outdated forsure. Staff in the front doesn’t have any accountability and have family members/children hanging out in the lobby for hours using the computer area for games so we couldn’t utilize them. »

« Wish there were handicapped rooms with walk in shower and no tubs. »

« Excelente servicio muy céntrico para llegar a centros comerciales y restaurantes »

« Staff was always smiling and make contact every time is walked in or out of the main doors. I never got the breakfast but there we always quite a bit of people in there every morning. Room was clean, cleaning crew did their job greatly I enjoyed my stay there. »

« I am happy that we were able to find a hotel that allows dogs. Overall the hotel was fine but I did not like the smell of my room. It smells really bad, I had to get some febreeze to help with the smell. I think they need to get another kind of cleaner if they are going to accept pets. »

« I have stayed at a lot of your hotels and I never paid for breakfast and when I was trying to check in I had to wait 20 minutes for someone came to the counter was very disappointed with to another hotel for my remaining time in Killeen »
