Chain 'O Lakes State Park

I didn’t understand what was the remote check-in until I arrived at the hotel. They didn’t give the code of the box with my key roomat the time I expected. Had to wait almost 2h for the message. The room was OK but didn’t have room service, restaurant or bar as advertised. Not even a breakfast. Just Coffee or tea in the reception which was always closed. In the 3 night the room was never cleaned, the bed wasn’t made and the trash wasn’t taken out. The taxes in Chicago are too expensive. We were supposed to have 2 drinks each night. In the first night we had water and a bottle of warm beer in the room, in the second night, just water in the room. When I found a person from the hotel, I complained and I was given a voucher to get drinks at the bar the next night but, at the time we arrived at the hotel, it was closed - 10h30 PM which meant that we never had those beers which were included in the price we paid. The phone Numbers on the reception should be WhatsApp as turistas like me don’t have an american phone card to make regular phone calls.

Ventana gigante en el techo sin coertina sin blackout no te deja desnasar. Edificio arriba que veia atravez de la ventana habitacion 512. Dejo mucho que desear.
