« We had a good stay overall. The home was comfortable and the location was convenient. We appreciated they didn’t charge for each pet, as many stays do. The hosts were responsive and helpful whenever we needed to reach out. One thing to note, while there were two propane tanks for the grill, neither was full. And it appears the bottom of the grill had fallen out.Yard was large, not fenced if that matters for your pets! Aside from the grill, everything was as expected and we had a pleasant visit. »

« The caboose was lovely, cozy and comfortable. There is a street light on the adjacent corner to the caboose which reflects light into the downstairs bedroom. It’s very bright in the bedroom at night which did affect sleep. A blackout shade perhaps? Otherwise we loved our stay! »

« Great stay if you’re looking to get away and off the grid a bit. The cabin was clean and very comfortable. Lots of entertainment downstairs for the kids and dogs. Chama has a couple of great little places to eat and explore. Quick drive to Pagosa Springs. 100% recommend! »

« We were in Chama like many hundereds of people for the Cumbres-Toltec train ride agan this year. Single Tree Cottage was perfectly located near the station... not too close, not to far. We absolutely loved the place. Excellent kitchen, very confortable bedrooms, great dining area for the four of us, and a nicely arranged sitting area to gather and talk. We will definitely want to stay there the next time we visit. »
