Hotel Chamois

« Clean »

« This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The beds were dirty. The comforter had cigarette burns in them. The mattress covers had stains on them. The sheets were stained. One of the mattresses appeared to be inhabited by bed bugs. The wall appeared to have pictures forcibly removed which left white marks above the bed. The toilet and tub had cigarette burns. The toilet was not properly mounted, it moved visibly when sat upon. AVOID THIS HOTEL IF POSSIBLE. I was offered a different room...

« Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast needs some attention. One day eggs and soggy fried potatoes was all. Orange juice was hot. Next day did have sausage with the eggs. Coffee was good though. »

« Très bon accueil professionnel, chambre propre, spacieuse, bonne literie, bonne wifi et très bon petit déjeuné. Dommage que la douche n'était pas du tout pratique. »

« It was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was really tiny making using the toilet a little difficult. Good restaurant with friendly staff. Parking was limited so I got permission to park in a reserved space, although I was nervous they would tow the car away. »

« Very clean. Room was cozy. »

« The property was well maintained. Very helpful when asking questions. »

« Pour une nuit seulement. Vue sur le capitole mais aucun charme. »

« Rooms were dirty (the walls and doors specifically were disgusting). »

« The hotel was very old and in need of pretty serious renovations. They also don’t have basic amenities like a microwave or a fridge in the rooms. Aside from that it was okay. The room seemed clean enough but the AC has a low, medium, high dial setting and no real way to control the temperature. I would personally not stay here again unless I had to, but there wasn’t really any one thing that made it so awful I would never return. »

« Our host mentioned he does not receive messages from Expedia postings. So if you are not receiving check-in information, you might want to find another way to contact them. The property is lovely. The Treehouse was perfect for my granddaughter and me. »

« A slightly concerning number of dead bugs »

« Excellent »

« With the virtual staff, I was able to easily access my room. Room was very contemporary and comfortable. The only issue was very noisy neighbors who partied late into the night. »
