« Nice place in a great area. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We were evacuating from St Pete ahead of Milton with my wife, MIL and cat. Both bedrooms were nice and MIL and kitty really enjoyed the large couch in the living room. »

« Friendly staff , house and property very well kept ,Some signs of aging and usage on the furniture but completely acceptable , me and the kids loved the home and the common areas , pool and water slides lazy river all a huge plus .Definitely will return next year . Only hiccup , but it’s normal are the line ups to actually get into the community (the gates ) Midnight took almost 45 min because one of the gates weren’t working , it happens . »

« Vacation home was good but needed attention on providing basic things like tissues, spare blankets and towels. Had to contact property manager for those and got them next day »
