<br>In the village of Chandolas, we rent our Ardèche family house in stone for 6 or even 7 people maximum with a private and secure swimming pool. <br>DEPENDING ON THE PERIOD, the rental is for a minimum of 4 days and a maximum of 14 days. Rentals possible from the end of April to October 15th.<br>Feel free to ask us.<br><br>This stone building, which has been completely renovated over the years, has <br>an inner courtyard and a relaxation area that has been fully fenced overlooking an 8x4 salt water pool.<br>Discreetly located in a cul-de-sac in this Ardèche village, this house can be discovered from a carriage door opening onto the inner courtyard. <br>Restored with passion and taste, welcoming, it will be perfectly suited for a serene and quiet holiday. <br>Each room has top-of-the-range bedding (160x200), air conditioning, mosquito net and storage.<br>A small bed of 90 is also present on the 1st floor if needed.<br>In addition, the laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and storage shelves.<br>The kitchen will welcome you with its dining table for 7 people, oven, 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, capsule espresso coffee maker and classic filter coffee maker, kettle and all the necessary utensils. <br><br>Several garden tables, parasols, deckchairs with cushions, barbecue and plancha will allow you to enjoy moments of relaxation with family or friends.<br>Free wifi and satellite internet access.<br>Possibility to park a vehicle in front of the gate (Do not obstruct the passage).
