EXCELLENT

Best location,next to the harbor.Overall the hotel was amazing, its setting is beautifulThe simplicity and comfort of the room were outstanding.Amazing design.Best of all was the hotel staff.Eva at the front desk is a kindly ,helpful, beautiful person.Ioanna keeps the place clean and serves the best breakfast.And last but not least Mirka a very friendly, warm person makes you feel very much at home during your stay.Overall, I'd definitely stay at the hotel again.

Geschichtstraechtiges. hotell in hafennaehe

Wir haben sieben tage mit acht uebernachtungen in diesem hotel in chania verbracht und haben sowohl das hotel als auch das personal sowie die gesamte umgebung genossen. Eine wanderung durcg die samariaschlucht hat unseren urlaub komplettiert. Diese wanderung ist allerdings sehr schwierig und darf wirklich nur von trainierten personen unternommen werde

Schönes Zimmer

Alles i. O. ausser bei Wind. Laute Geräusche über den Abzug im Badezimmer.- Leider wird überall geraucht, sodass kaum gelüftet werden kann.

Great location, bad room

The hotel is in a great location, however we were given a room by the lobby. The room was like sleeping in the lobby with a divider. We were woken up by noises of someone preparing breakfast at 06:30. Management's responses were frankly annoying and did not deal with our complaint.

Clean, comfortable, perfect locale

Checked in mid-afternoon, extremely courteous and friendly front desk staff. Immaculate room cleanliness. They have a small kitchen and can even offer you frappe or glass of wine upon request. Breakfast, also upon request, was simple but good.

No es un Hotel y menos un 4 estrellas

Primero que nada no es un Hotel, es un B&B a lo mucho, y menos un 4 estrellas. nadie te ayuda con el equipaje, solo hay una recepcionista, eso es todo. La recepcionista no esta 24 horas, sino entre las 8am y las 11pm. No cuentan con servicio alguno en absoluto solo desayuno, por lo que repito no es un Hotel es un B&B nada mas.Segundo mi habitación era muy mala tenia vista directa al estacionamiento que estaba en la calle en el primer piso, por lo que tenías que estar siempre con las cortinas cerradas por la gente y autos que estaban literalmente al costado lo que hacia la habitación muy oscura. Adicional-mente cuando servían el desayuno se escuchaba todo desde que movían las cucharas por lo que no podías dormir hasta tarde. Tercero, muy importante NO ACEPTAN TARJETA SOLO EFECTIVO, que clase de Hotel no acepta tarjeta. Cuarto, el último día el check out era a las 12 m y eran las 12:15 y la señora de limpieza entro a nuestro cuarto sin tocar mientras que yo y mi esposo nos estábamos vistiendo para salir y cuando le reclamamos nos dijo que ya nos habíamos pasado la hora del check out y que ella tenía que limpiar. Cuando salimos y le reclamamos a la señorita de recepción, casi ni se inmuto y dijo ok hablaré con ella, ni siquiera se disculpo. Asimismo, pedimos un taxi al aeropuerto a través del Hotel y llegó 30 minutos tarde y luego nos enteramos que era el primo de la chica de recepción quien fue fumando y hablando por teléfono todo el camino manejó fatal.

Everything was perfect

Everything about this hotel was perfect and even better than I thought it would be after I arrived. The staff, the location, the manager, the rooms, the cost, the town...I had an amazing time. One of the best hotels I've stayed at.

Excellent! Beyond my expectations!

Location, set up, services, amenities, suite accommodation spectacular like loft style. Boutique concept developed in all senses. Mirka amazing host and Ioanna make me both feel like I was visiting family. I felt so welcome and care! Definitely, they were beyond my expectation. This is a small upscale personalize boutique hotel. I'd love to come back as well send all my friends.

Top hotel op top locatie voorzien van alle denkbare luxe. De kamers hebben geen nummer maar een naam, het zijn er maar een paar. Elke kamer heeft bv zijn eigen Inet router ...

A Great Little Hotel

I had a short but great vacation. Eva from the hotel reception knows so much about the history of Crete and was warm, personable and had great tips on restaurants and places to shop. She even helped book at tour to the Elafonissi beach that stopped at local villages. It's a great hotel -- central location and very close to the harbor, shops, museums, restaurants. Loved Chania, this hotel and looking forward to going back again, hopefully someday soon!

Junior suite - Olivia

Great location and friendly, helpful staff. However, Olivia junior suite disappointing. Like being in a cave, it was claustrophobic. You can't open blinds as both windows open onto public areas so no privacy. Bathroom looks great but wet room design not efficient. Also, reading lights too low down. This room should be put to other use - not as a guest room.

Beautiful converted monastery with character

Such a beautiful hotel above the port area in Chania, Crete. The grounds are gorgeous ruins of an old monastery and this boutique has beautiful interiors and nice comfortable rooms. There is no elevator and you will need to carry your bags up a flight of stairs but the hotel staff otherwise is very friendly and helpful and always quick to offer you a drink in their lobby or garden area. Getting to the port area is easy and a quick walk down an old stone stairway. Many of the other hotels in this area are right on busy small streets with cafés and shops below them but this hotel is not one of them. If you want the hustle and bustle of the town you might look at the others but this hotel is beautiful and you will appreciate the scenery.

Excellent boutique hotel

Easy cab transfer from airport. Coffee and cake on arrival at hotel, complimentary wine and raki in room. Old town intriguing, harbor a delight with lots of activities. Great place for relaxing and exploring. Can't wait to return.

Upea boutique tyylinen hotelli, aivan ihana takapiha ja rauhallinen sijainti vaikka ihan kaiken keskeisen lähellä. Kaikista paras pala oli kuitenkin eräs henkilökunnan jäsen: hän palveli erittäin hyvin, ammattimaisesti mutta henkilökohtaisesti. Ollessa kipeänä pari päivää, hän kiidätti minulle teetä ja mitä tahansa tarvitsin. Erittäin arvostettua käytöstä.

Pretty place, make sure to have cash

The property here is pretty and not far away from the harbor. There's a secret staircase nearby to get to the harbor, which I discovered after my second day there because nobody told me about it. The staff is a bit mixed, I wish I could remember their names but one of the ladies is extremely nice and helpful and the other two were not. I enjoyed the bottle of wine they gave me complimentary and the room was very clean. Though they did clean the room, even when I had put a 'do not disturb' sign on the door. My last day I realized that I had to leave for Heraklion early. We needed to rush out in order to catch a bus, so I informed the front desk to charge my credit card but was promptly informed that they take CASH ONLY. This is probably something they should tell you about at check-in, as running to an ATM in the square and taking out almost 500 euros was inconvenient and stressful.

Sjarmløst og overpriset

Hotellet var overpriset. Hadde ventet mer for en pris av 1400 Euro for sju døgn. Frokost var ikke inkludert. Knøttliten balkong, såvidt plass til to stoler. Så mye større ut på bilder som ligger ute. Hotelleieren aksepterte bare kontant betaling, ikke kort. Rimelig spesiell følelse å måtte ta ut så mye cash og ha i veska. Eneste pluss var sjarmerende Eva i resepsjonen. Hotelleieren, som tok i mot oss, var blottet for sjarm. En gresk venn som hentet oss på flyplassen og kjørte oss til hotellet, var rystet over mangelen på varme og service. Anbefaler ikke dette hotellet.
