« Incredible stay cannot wait to come back! »

« Noisy Room! The heater or ac kept making loud banging noises waking us up all night! Front desk is kinda useless. Room overall is nice. The pullout sofa couch was dirty crumbs and definitely not clean. »

« Très déçue de l’hôtel The Logan à Philadelphie. Malheureusement, le « By Hilton » nous a faussé notre choix. Un service déplorable, un sens de l’accueil inexistant et un personnel froid et virulent. Les prix ne sont pas exorbitant et je comprends mieux pourquoi. Bonne option pour une ou deux nuits si on fait abstraction de l’humain. »

Property management was very unresponsive I had to wait 4 hours to get into my room was not provided any accommodations for the lost of the time but is being told there is no refund for late check ins when it’s was their fault. « Pros: Great Heating system with a decently stocked Kitchen. Plenty of space with two full size bedrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. And the TV was signed into streaming apps complimentary of the host which is a rare find these days (usually the renter has to utilize their own streaming accounts for login). Cons: the apartment unit smelled like cigarettes. There weren’t a lot of extra household ‘supplies’ provided either (paper towels, tissue paper, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags)....

« Idéalement placé l'hotel est un excellent point de départ pour visiter la ville. Le service etait parfait. Seul bémol : la climatisation est tombée en panne le 2 ème soir et le service technique nous a apporté un ventilateur car la climatisation ne pouvait être réparée. Compte tenu de la chaleur il nous a été impossible de rester dans la chambre. On nous en a proposé une autre de même catégorie. Agréable surprise le matin de notre départ, le parking pour le 2 nuits nous a été offert. »
