„Awesome weekend. Host was terrific and attentive to our needs. The host even dropped off fresh vegetables from his garden for us which were delicious. Deck is great for relaxing and watching the ducks swim in the river. “

„The outdoor spaces exceeded my expectations of the property. There is ample space on the deck, the yard is enjoable with the views and firepit, and the front porch rocking chairs are relaxing with a cup of coffee and litening to the gentle rain.Young adults enjoyed the game room. My only suggestion would be to replace mattress in 1st floor bedroom, it sinks a little. That is a small inconvenience considering that everything else was lively and the kitchen was well supplied with cooking tools.“

„Ethan and his family werevery gracious and answered all our questions. We were surprised to be on th side of a mountain but our four wheel drive was handy plus 15 minute drive into Harpers Ferry was nice so it was quiet and peaceful. Lots of deer to watch!! Easy to relax!! Our only suggestion would be a small dresser maybe under thevTV and few more hooks for clothing since there is no closet. The kichen, bath and sleeping area were good. „You could not beat the location! It's just a five- to 10-minute walk to the shops in Lower Town and all the historical landmarks. The listing was exactly as described and featured everything one could need for a few nights' stay—I really appreciated the electric skillet so that I had the option to cook something more substantial if I didn't want to eat out. „Our stay here was outstanding. The house was clean, spacious, and close to many shops/restaurants. Our first evening we spent in downtown Winchester which was an easy drive from the home. The next day was spent at the Virginia Scottish Games, about 35 minutes away. The house was definitely worth the stay! We had a great time. It was even one of the best smelling houses we had ever rented! 100% recommend and would stay again. “

Beautiful view from the back deck and the perfect place for our 2 dogs.John was very accommodating and responsive. Beds were comfortable and the young adults enjoyed their space in the basement to hang out, watch TV, play video games or exercise.Would stay again.“
