Dispose également d'une terrasse, barbecue au gaz, WiFi, DVD et t��lévision par câble. La superficie de cette
    la maison est 1600. Cosmétique de cheminée seulement, non disponible pour utilisation. Ne pas fumer. Pas d'animaux de compagnie - exception SEULEMENT pour les animaux d'assistance et les chiens considérés pour les séjours de plus de 30 jours (des frais s'appliquent).

    Carte sportive Wild Dunes 2019 - Permet d'acc��der au centre de remise en forme, aux courts de tennis, aux programmes pour enfants, ��� la piscine du Grand Pavillon (uniquement après 16h) et au centre de natation. Veuillez noter que des frais supplémentaires s��appliquent au centre de remise en forme et aux programmes. La maison est située dans la communauté fermée de Wild Dunes - caravanes, remorques, bateaux et motos ne sont pas autorisés.

This property is in need of a complete overhaul. We stayed in the same house a few years ago and it doesn’t look any different. Location is good. Kitchen was adequately stocked.

Great location

We couldn’t have been more happy with our location, it was an easy walk to the main center of Wild Dunes, beautiful views of the marsh, and a beautiful walk to the beach. Our favorite room was the screened in porch where we enjoyed family games in the evening and beautiful scenery, relaxing and reading in our downtime.

Fantastic Beach Vacation House In A Very Nice Area

The porch is the best part. Beautiful view of nature and the golf course from the back porch. Phenomenal location for a short golf cart drive to the resort amenities and beach access.

Great Vacation

One night an alligator was chilling on the bank. Walk to the beach was only about 10 minutes. Would recommend for any family that wants a laid back, quiet stay. Chillin on the Coast

Very clean, spacious, great kitchen pots, pans, silverware glasses and dishes! Had everything we needed and a short 15 min walk to beach… used a wagon to take beach items to beach. No keurig but Mr Coffee was fine! Loved to see view of lagoon and golf course. We even had a green heron visitor and watched a gator in lagoon! Grill was awesome too! A pleasant comfy stay!

Great location but needs some TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Most of the windows on the porch are broken and do not open and the porch has a strong mildew odor, so hard to get rid of the smell. The mattresses all need to be replaced. The one in the master had a thick foam pad over it that was wet when we checked in so we removed it from the bed but was still wet 5 days later 5 days. The porch and steps have had some wood repaired but need more repair. No way to turn on the overhead light in master becuase the control is missing. Great location but house needs some TLC.

Nestled inside Wild Dunes

The house was basically nice but could use updating including but not limited to the furniture, flooring and lighting. There should have been extra towels but received only one set per person. The sliding glass door was hard to slide, ironically I got a text during our stay by maintenance to come by to look at the door, I didn’t call them. The communication with the Management Company was terrible before check-in; during our stay it was excellent. No blow dryer was supplied. What rental doesn’t have a blow dryer in this day in age? Same does for a K-Cup Brewer vs a conventional coffee maker. Our trip was very last minute, a sudden death in the family. There were a couple of light bulbs burned out too. If I owned the place it would get a make-over and a new Management Company. Still in a pinch, I would stay there again as it’s close to the Wild Dunes pools and to the IOP Oceanfront.

I was walking distance from everything important to me - the hotel where my meetings were held and the beach. It perfectly accommodated my group of four adults and two children. Plenty of linens and bedding, very clean, very comfortable. I loved the sunroom in the back but wish more of the windows opened.

Great View and Location, Serviceable House

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location by the hotels/boardwalk, lovely view. This reasonably-priced home is dated but serviceable. The home had a significant ant problem the week we stayed in it, but this should be a simple fix. The mattresses in the twin bedroom also need replacing as they are painful to sleep on. In the cooler months, rugs would be a cozy, inviting touch. Kitchen had everything we needed and we truly loved the back porch with its quiet heater and forested view of the golf course. We were treated to several deer sightings over coffee.
