  • Pointes North Inn est l'une des suites en copropriété uniques de Charlevoix qui réservent comme une chambre d'hôtel. Livre de la vie privée de l'appartement, séjour pour l'hospitalité.

    Ce condo 2 chambres à coucher a deux lits king-size avec un lit queen-size. Vous pouvez presque sentir le lac brise fraîche lorsque vous entrez dans cette partie d'une série de genre.

    Le comptoir d'îlot de granit présente une table de cuisson en verre et une cuisinière dans la cuisine près de la table avec des sièges pour trois. Il y a un lave-vaisselle, four micro-ondes et d'un réfrigérateur qui ont tous une belle façade de seafoam.

    Une laveuse et sécheuse se trouvent dans la chambre en mezzanine avec la douche de plain-pied séparée et le granit contrés vanité.

    La télévision par câble est dans le salon et la chambre.

    Le canapé-lit queen est dans le salon avec une chaise séparée. La salle de séjour est le patio ouvert walk-out avec des sièges pour trois.

    Pointes North Inn a haute vitesse Wi-Fi dans tout le bâtiment et coin buanderie exploité au deuxième étage. Une salle de fitness est situé sur le niveau le plus bas de l'immeuble avec un appareil de musculation, vélo elliptique, tapis roulant et vélo stationnaire. Dans le hall, il y a des sièges pour le petit déjeuner continental qui surplombe la piscine intérieure / extérieure. La section intérieure de la piscine est ouverte toute l'année, tandis que la section extérieure est fermée Octobre à mai.

    Tout cela, à un jet de pierre du centre-ville de Charlevoix la belle.

Location was wonderful, beds were very comfortable. My only complaint would be that the living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable. The couch was hard like a piece of ply wood and we couldn’t sit on it for very long before having to get up and move around. This place would be perfect if it had some comfy overstuffed furniture to relax on after being out and about all day.

Wonderful location and staff

The location could not be more ideal. You’re within walking distance to anything you could want downtown. The condo was set up perfectly for two couples. There’s a nice little living space and a great deck to enjoy the views of Charlevoix. The best part of the facility was the manager at the front desk who was so friendly and helpful!

The staff is phenomenal, and made extra effort to ensure we had a good time. It occurred after the lobby was shut down for the evening.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was a good experience.King size Bed and pillows was very comfortable. Rooms were nicely decorated. Livingroom for the two of us was very accommodating. On the downside. Bathroom tub was very slippery and there were no hand rails to hold on to. At one point I had to grab onto the curtain rod to keep from loosing my footing. Toilet needs upgrade as it’s small and lower to the floor than newer hotel installations I’ve experienced in most locations.Microwave was dirty and has to be wiped out before we could use it.Coffee maker has no complimentary coffee filters, which we found unusual.No salt or pepper shakers either. Outside deck was dirty & a filthy cleaning rag was left on one of the chairs. Wooden railing on three sides was top piece was missing and nails pointed ends were sticking out?! I couldn’t think about using the outdoor pool as the railing to hold onto going down the steps had been removed and was leaning against a wall outside the pool. Carpet in our area either needs to be replaced or a major cleaning done. I also found it unusual that the listed washer & dryer were not in the first floor but housed in the second bedroom upstairs loft area with many steps to navigate. We loved the location. We won’t be back until such time I see a listing on many improvements. Footnote in my career I’ve stayed at over 1100 Marriott properties and we belong to Marriott Vacation Club and my wife & I stay at resort villas annually. Hopefully, this property has a good makeover as we’ll be coming back once or twice a year to Charlevoix\ Petosky\ Harbor Springs area but as it is now, we wouldn’t come back to stay at this property again.

Great little condo

This property was in a great location right in the middle of the town. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The unit was very cute and clean!
