The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, while the living room offers a queen-size sleeper sofa and a cozy fireplace, creating a warm and inviting space. With seating for up to six guests, the spacious living area is ideal for gathering and unwinding.

    The open-concept layout includes a well-equipped kitchenette featuring a mini fridge, two-burner stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and convenient island seating. Take in peaceful water views right from the couch, adding to the serene atmosphere of the space.

    Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo offers prime drawbridge views and a central downtown location. You’ll be just a short walk from Charlevoix’s best dining, beaches, shopping, and galleries—making it an ideal choice for a short getaway, extended vacation, or even a wedding celebration.

    Each condo at the Edgewater Inn is individually owned and uniquely decorated, allowing guests to enjoy a different experience with every stay—or return to a favorite. With 48 unique units, a variety of amenities, and a friendly staff, the property offers a welcoming home-away-from-home experience.

    Guests also enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building, access to a guest laundry facility, and a pool with a year-round indoor section and a seasonal outdoor section (open May through September).

Wonderful home base for leaf peeking getaway

This condo was perfect for an up north leaf peeking trip. The view from the living room was amazing. The location to downtown was perfect. A very comfortable accommodation for the two of us. We will be back!

Relaxing Vacation

We stayed at this property during the last week of June. Great view of Round Lake, walk to downtown Charlevoix, the beach, and the ferry. Easy access to golf, cycling, and sunset lake cruise. Perfect location! Beautifully appointed 1-bedroom condo exactly as described. We will definitely be back.

We used the laundry facilities and enjoyed our view from the picture window! It was a bit of a drag that construction was still going on so we were unable to enjoy our patio. We originally rented the property for just one night, but decided to extend our stay we liked it so much! The property is perfectly located downtown, right on the water. We were able to enjoy the view and relax in front of the fireplace for hours. The property was extremely clean and well appointed, we felt taken care of and everything we needed was available without issue. We will definitely be staying here again when a weekend getaway is needed!

Nice Getaway

My husband & I loved this clean, well decorated small lakefront condo! We stayed only two nights for a little getaway; we could easily have stayed longer. The condo is on Round Lake which is the waterway connecting Lake Michigan & Lake Charlevoix. Easy walk over the drawbridge to downtown Charlevoix with restaurants & shops. The furniture was comfortable. Great shower!! Although this condo didn’t have a balcony or patio, the sliding glass door allowed for fresh air & the view was phenomenal! We had a hard time finding the switch for the bedroom ceiling fan (behind the TV on wall). Everything else about the condo made for a really nice stay. We can’t wait to come back!! Highly recommend!
