« Breakfast was cold and when asked a staff member if adding more of an item she said no because it was frozen. It was barely 8:30am She was even in a bad mood. The other older lady was very sweet picking up trash from customers and always smiling Our room really smelled and humidity was bad if ac was under 64 degrees. No towels were left on second day. Pool was very clean »

« Front desk staff super friendly and provided amazing customer service. Breakfast area was fully stocked and very delicious. The restroom in our room could use some improvements. But overall greats stay »

« When we got to our room, the door wasn’t even closed. Supposedly housekeeping possibly didn’t close it all the way. When we pushed the door further open it made a sound that got the guy down the hall yelling out into the hallway that he was naked and we didn’t want him coming out there! He just kept on mouthing so we left immediately to alert the manager on duty and got another room on a different floor. « The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful and not welcoming at all! The toilet in the room was broke, like shattered, the AC stopped working the first day and we called several times each time with the guy promising he would could look at it but never came even though we saw him walking around the property! The beds were small and hard as rocks. We checked out a day before we were supposed to and went home. »

« There were very limited hotel options because of a large event that weekend, and this was the last non-smoking room available. Unfortunately, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke as soon as I walked in. The front desk clerk was kind and offered air freshener since there were no other rooms available. « our room had roaches, there was a big hole in the kitchen where a drawer was supposed to be, the water pressure in the shower was horrible, like a tiny water fountain, the light fixture in the bathroom was literally missing lol, cheap, but you get what you pay for, the hotel smelled like weed. wont be returning!! »
