We are delighted to offer our guests a beautiful, comfortable new-construction home designed for relaxation, convenience, and family-friendly stays.

The home features two bedrooms and a dedicated office/playroom:

• Primary Bedroom: Queen-size bed with cotton bedding, a feather-filled duvet, and down-alternative pillows. Includes a private en-suite bathroom.

• Second Bedroom: Full-size bed with the same comfortable bedding and easy access to a hallway bathroom with a bathtub.

• Office & Playroom: Features a custom solid-wood desk with a counter-height stool, creating an ideal workspace for remote professionals. This room also serves as a playroom stocked with high-quality wooden toys to keep little ones entertained.

Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, laundry detergent, towels, and starter essentials to help make your stay comfortable from the moment you arrive.

The Property

The home is situated on a gently sloped lot, with five steps leading to the front entrance. The road leading to the property is gravel.

Located on approximately 0.67 acres, the property offers a peaceful and spacious setting while remaining conveniently close to local attractions and highways. The home is located in Mint Hill, approximately 8 minutes from I-485 (beltway around Charlotte), providing easy access to Charlotte, Midland, Matthews, Harrisburg, and Concord.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire home.

Please note that the backyard is not accessible due to vegetation that is being maintained to prevent erosion. Guests are welcome to enjoy the two outdoor chairs located on the back porch.

As experienced hosts and guests ourselves, we strive to provide a personalized and welcoming experience. Communication is very important to us. If you encounter any issues during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we have the opportunity to address them and make your experience as enjoyable as possible.

House Rules

Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in: After 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM

Please adhere to these times. Early arrivals or late departures may impact our cleaning schedule and preparation for incoming guests.

Occupancy
Due to septic system limitations, access to the property is limited to registered guests included on the reservation. Visitors and unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.

Parties & Events
Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Smoking
This is a family-friendly, smoke-free property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoors and outdoors.

Pets
Pets are not permitted.

Alcohol
No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the property.

Fees
The following fees may be assessed for violations of house rules:

• Unauthorized party: $500
• Smoking violation: $150
• Unauthorized pet: $80
• Unregistered guest: $100 per person

Safety
For guest safety and property security, there is one exterior security camera monitoring the driveway and front parking area.
