My daughter and I stayed here while in town for an event at the Spectrum Center. The location was convenient for walking to and from the event. The continental breakfast was great and welcomed.

Overall the location and property were ok- the front desk staff were very kind and friendly. The parking deck attached to the hotel was a little confusing to navigate for check-in (pull up to the doors first and pay attention to which hotel you booked with) but the complimentary parking within the city was great. Our main complaint was that the hotel needs much better soundproofing- a problem I've not had with other companies. You could hear everything happening in the town below despite being on the 10th floor, and the walls between rooms felt paper thin. We could hear our neighbors talking literally all night; could hear anytime they moved and we heard every time their alarms went off at 5am through the walls. It wasn't a bad hotel, but next time we book with Hilton brand hotels, we'll bring ear plugs.

This is an amazing hotel in an amazing location. There are numerous shopping and dining options within walking distance. Parking was easy and convenient. The hotel was sold out, but it didn't feel that way. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Went to a concert and this location was perfect to walk too. Only complaint is parking is a disaster… 2 grown adults cussing me and my child out over a parking place is a little much.

Excellent client care -- very courteous. Upgraded my room to a suite upon arrival for no charge. The breakfast was your standard continental breakfast, but it was good and free. I would absolutely return.

Great Stay
Great stay overall. Confusing layout between the parking garage Level 4 and Level 5, and to the hotel access door.and back. I got lost each time, but I quickly found my way back and forth. Also, the access door didnt close well, which poses a safety issue. Each time I found it partially open, I slammed it shut to maintain hotel safety and security. Walking distance to Spectrum Center and local entertainment and historical venues. A few restaurants and cafes are nearby also. Walk friendly. Pedestrians were out and about from morning til night. The hotel staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. The coffee needs improvement, but it was passable in a pinch.

Came in to see a Hornets Game. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was very nice and comfortable. The gym was useful. Breakfast was good. Nothing to really complain about. Location very convenient, especially for the price.

Check your date twice before booking
I booked this stay through hotels.com. I booked it for the wrong night. Immediately chatted and thankfully they got it changed for me. Once i got to the hotel the date wasn’t changed so i had to stand there and call the help line. The gentleman from hotels.com was not the nicest. Had an attitude with me and then with the hotel worker. She was right in front of me so i could hear how he was talking to her. Everything got fixed after over 20 minutes.
