Location is great. The pool was fantastic. The communication with Michael, 1 of the Coveted Hospitality managers at the end of my 1st week was great.Unfortunately, the positives stop.We are local residents and our house sold quicker than anticipated. My 2 children and I had to have a place to stay for 2 weeks while we transitioned to a new home.I had to reach out to the host for check in instructions. I completed appropriate security screening measures.Hours before check in they claimed a security deposit. I explained that a security deposit was never mentioned in the booking description on VRBO’s description of the property.45 minutes before check in, they waved the security deposit.This should have been my clue as to what was ahead for my 2 week stay.Upon check in to a property that has been described as Luxury. Plush mattress, luxurious sheets, luxury this, luxury that….I find :* no table to eat at*cheap Amazon type furniture. A sofa where I could feel every wooden board.* more than half the slats missing on the vertical blinds*the stainless steel appliances wiped down by a 2 year old.* air duct exchanges & registers with thick dust clinging to them.* mold / mildew around bath* a washer with black mold/mildew around the rubber rim. Along with standing water.* cheap black and navy microfiber type bedding * 5 inch mattresses with no foundation.( the frame broke)Ive run out of characters to review this terribly maintained property.
