House and Host deserves 10 stars! Super cute and VERY clean!! We had a wonderful stay! Host was extremely nice and kept in contact with us! Definitely would love to stay here again on our next visit to Charlotte!

Functionality not great, no response from host

The neighborhood was cute and near activities. Upon arrival the light and fan in one room and the fan in the livingroom did not work. Immediately reached out to host with zero response. House was clean.Very few outlets. It was fine for one night but wouldn't return and glad we only stayed for one night.

Good place

Was a good location, centralized to shops, city, other attractions. Only downsides were the beds are uncomfortable, The parking situation was a bit confusing, and the door handles were not the best quality on the interior doors. But was nice that the checkout process was just to take trash out and make sure lights and tv were off. So would say it was good place to be at.

Trip planned for Wednesdays PGA practice round. Hope to watch golf on day of arrival and both evenings. Being senior adults, we do not have streaming accounts, therefore no TV coverage or regular TV. This now seems to be the normal TV offering. That being the case will not use vrbo if regular TV isn't available.There was only one coffee cup. The ceiling fan\light in first bedrooom would not work. The location was great and would stay again but not because of TV offering. Also, if something is going on at the next door venue, there will be no parking. We were fortunate to find one space.

Honest Review

To start the host of this property is extremely unprofessional the day before he randomly demands a 250 deposit. Then after refusing to pay the deposit on the day my partner and I were supposed to check in he claimed the this property was unavailable and that we couldn’t stay there and instead of giving a refund he told me to cancel and contact Vrbo. After demanding a refund he then offered a new property for us to stay at but had no pictures or proof of the property. So once we arrived at the new house and checked in we noticed that the bed in the Master bedroom was not stable, but other than that the house was fine and had a great stay. I also have several screenshots of the messages between the host and I just to prove how unprofessional he was just in case.

Overall great stay

The house was close to things we could walk to which was great. Owner seemed like he didn’t know what I booked and had to tell him. Also tried to make me pay things of what I had already paid. When I told him I had already paid that, it was fine. The beds were not that comfortable and the shower had a window in it. I think that it had mold or mildew which isn’t a good thing. The house and neighborhood.are nice.

Great Location to attend Uptown Conference

Comfy property in a great location!

We were in CLT to celebrate a birthday with our adult sons which included NASCAR Hall of Fame and.a Panthers game. This property was PERFECT! It is clean and comfortable and located in walking distance to excellent eats and the stadium. We will definitely stay here again. Host was very responsive which added to the pleasure of the stay.

The location is the only silver lining here.

Pros: location. Kitchen. Parking. Pets being allowed for a fee. Cons: my biggest problem was communication. The owner didn’t give me the log in till I sent him $50 on Venmo for a pet deposit that wasn’t part of the VBRO charge. It only says $30 on the description. But “it’s a medium sized dog”, Thin walls. This is a regular home split into 2 parts. I could hear every step someone took on the other side of that wall. The worst noisiest, most uncomfortable beds. And the shower leaks. And the only give you a 10’x10’ bath mat with 3 towels….for 4 people. OH! And you can’t unlock the door with anything other than the electronic lock. Which didn’t feel secure. The floor was very dirty. Everything else was adequately clean. The location was the best part honestly. If you don’t care about that and you just want to go To a panthers game.

Excellent Location

We booked this property to go to an event at Bank of America Stadium. It is in perfect walking distance and has great restaurants and bars nearby. The neighborhood is quite and friendly. The only thing that could have made this property better would be a more comfortable bed.

Great location but thin walls

Great location and looked pretty clean. Walls are really thin so kids on the other side woke us up at 6 am. Im a light sleeper so I woke up multiple times from foot steps or talking occurring on the other side of the duplex. A yard crew came and unfortunately COVERED my caddilac in dust,dirt, and grass...to the point there was buid up that needed to be cleaned off before we could use the wipers. Other than that and terrible allergies in the home the stay was very nice.

Great Location to Bank of America Stadium!

Cute little Town House right near Bank of America Stadium. Within walking distance. Older home; however, renovated and very clean! It was perfect for our 1-night stay after the football game. We will definitely try to stay there again!

Could be better

Upon arrival, I realized that I was having issues with the vrbo app and could not access the digital key information. Within 30 mins of check in, I called the host 4 times. Ultimately had to call vrbo they did inform me that there was a website outage and provided me with lock codes. The host did not call me back until almost 4 hours later. I’m glad vrbo was able to provide the necessary info. The location is perfect, right near uptown. Walking distance to restaurants. Was able to get to Publix and Walgreens with a quick Uber/Lyft. Very beautiful neighborhood and walkable and accessible location. The property is in a great quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the front porch and the beautiful tree just outside. There’s a nice driveway and ample parking. It’s a cute older duplex. The house is clean, but could use some maintenance. The shower is slow to drain & the water pools at your feet. I was attending a wedding and was looking for an alternative to hotel. Stayed here with 3 other friends as the listing advertised availability for 5. They had a blow up mattress and plenty of towels but no extra blanket/linens to accommodate the “5th” person. My friend literally had to sleep without a blanket. The comforters are thin, you might as well be sleeping with a sheet. At least the kitchen was fully stocked, and there’s a working washer and dryer. If you’re looking for convenience of location, this is the place. If you’re looking for more “luxurious” comfort this place still needs some work. Overall, I would stay here again, but needs work.
