« Rooms are not maintained properly, air conditioning filters not replaced, horrible smell in the room (humidity, mushroom, ) and in the bathroom (tobacco smell). Only 2 towels, tiny ones, for four people. Damp patches on walls and ceiling. Not a place to stay »

« Carpet in room had several stains. Put laminate everywhere! Hotel otherwise was very clean. »

« L'hôtel dessert principalement une clientèle noire. Lors de notre passage, un incident dans la chambre en face de la nôtre a nécessité la venue de 4 voitures de police, 2 camions d'incendie et une ambulance. Il était 1h du matin. Avec tout le grabuge, nous nous sommes rendormis vers 2h30. Nous nous comptions chanceux de n'avoir pas entendu de coups de feu! »

« 1st you smelled, was moved to another room. Bathroom was horrible. Tile in the shower had mold on the grout, and all over the bottom of the shower curtain. Toilet seat slid all over. Bathroon door hinges were rusted. Had them chamge out the waffle mix two days in a row. Was told the milky substance that came out was because it was cold from the fridge overnight. Totally dissatisfied with this property. Was charged $30. for a late checkout because i booked through a 3rd party. Had you booked...

« Breakfast was not always heated and sometimes sat cold. My car was vandalized parked in the front of hotel lobby. Alerted front desk, manager was supposed to contact me as they were on the premises. No contact from Mgr, checked out the next day instead of staying thru the reservation. Homeless people on the grounds by the dumpster. »

« Totally enjoyed my stay. Our room was clean and comfy. The only problem was our room, 125 was near the eating area and it got noisy at times. »

« Ne comptez par sur le staff qui vous salue. Personne ne vous dira rien du tout. L’hôtel est assez sale lorsque l’on reste quelques nuits il est très facile de s’en rendre compte. La salle de sport n’a pas été nettoyé pendant au moins 9 jours, le stylo par terre n’a pas bougé d’un millimètre. Les poubelles aux étages ne sont pas changé tout les jours. Un ascenseur sur deux fonctionnait et ce n’étais pas indiqué. »

« The room was smaller compared to their other property in Rock Hill. Also didn't have ice maker, a bigger leather chair and a rotating desk chair like the Rock Hill SC property. I like that it was very clean, the AC was great and the staff was very attentive and nice. Yes, I'll recommend it. »
