« Our family of 5 had a great stay in the cabin. Everything was spotless when we arrived and the host included many amenities to make us more comfortable, snacks and toiletries made the stay extra special. The cabin is well maintained and well stocked, a great rental for families. »

« We had a great time. The property was as described. Enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the deer. Only thing that would make it better would be a softer mattress in the main bedroom and maybe so pillows on the couch . But everything else was perfect. Hope to rent again in future. Thanks for a great weekend. »

« This is a charming house with tons of amenities. We loved our stay. It was a great home base for our WV adventures, located near many outdoor activities but in a calm, peaceful spot. We loved the firepit, the grills, and the board games (Clue forever!). William was wonderful to work with, very responsive. All the stars! »

« This little house was quite roomy and cozy. The host provided check-in and WiFi information on request only, but responded quickly to all our questions. WiFi was spotty, which probably isn't unusual this deep in the countryside. The washer was broken when we got there. The kitchen cupboards were full, yet I couldn't find a matching lid for the big pot, nor was there a ladle. « We had a wonderful stay from August 9-17, 2025. The central air conditioning and dishwasher were much appreciated, keeping us comfortable and making cleanup easy. The home is beautifully decorated and well-appointed, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. « House was exactly as described and pictured, very clean, great proximity to town, comfortable beds. Only thing that caught us a little off guard, but really can’t be shown in a picture, is a definitely “basement smell” you get in an older house…it was the first thing we noticed when we walked in. Recommend bringing a couple plug-in air fresheners! But, we would still stay ij it again for all of the other reasons cited. »
