« I had a wonderful stay at Fungee S in Wulingyuan, Zhangjiajie. The staff is wonderful and always helpful especially the mgr Ms. Zhao. After checking in, she helped me sorted out my tickets to the national park, recommended routes for my sightseeing and the hikes/treks to take. The room is nicely appointed to make you feel right at home. The facilities are well maintained and clean. « The room was one of the better room I have had in China. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Not all staff speak English, but they were always trying to help by all means. They helped me with ticket booking and provided me with recommendations on where to go, which was amazing. The room was always being cleaned and spotless, breakfast was mediocre, but its not too bad. The view was amazing. 10/10 recommend and will come back. »

« James, the host, is incredibly kind and friendly. He helped me a great deal during my trip. I enjoyed free tea and coffee provided by him. He dropped me off at the east gate, purchased scenic tickets for me, and planned out my whole itinerary. Thanks to him, my trip to Zhangjiajie was extremely relaxing. « Version française : L’hôtel Pullman Zhangjiajie est très bien situé pour visiter les montagnes d’Avatar. Il se trouve dans la zone où les guides et les agences viennent récupérer les voyageurs, ce qui est vraiment pratique. En revanche, l’hôtel en lui-même est assez basique et ne correspond pas vraiment au standing annoncé. La chambre était simple, et je recommande de bien demander une chambre non-fumeur, car j’ai senti de la fumée dans les couloirs. Pour moi, c’est surtout un point de passage...

« I would give it 10 stars. It is a family operated hotel and they make you feel like part of the family. As soon as you arrive the lady in charge takes the time to explain the best routes to explore and tries to make sure to help you in any way possible.
