« I had a really nice stay at this guesthouse. It is kind of old-fashioned, but not rundown. A lot of decorations reminiscent of Carmarthen's past as well as of the place itself. A place you could maybe have found the same 30 or 40 years ago and well-maintained eversince. I really loved the mood. Also, the owners are really super nice, kind and welcoming. « The staff without exception were excellent. They were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The cooked breakfast was good on both mornings. The internal appearance of the restaurant, breakfast room and lounge was very pleasing. Our room was small but adequate for a short stay. Bed linen and towels were immaculate. Negatives. Hotel supplied winter duvets which were much too warm for June. Both nights were therefore uncomfortably wam. We stayed a Sunday and Monday night and the restaurant...

« The Hotel has parking first come first serve very Narrow drive through alley. Does not have a dessert menu this is done by staff telling you whats on the menu it also does not have a wine list this is very limited. »

« Rooms 1 and 7 were clean and comfy. No. 1 was stuffy (possibly due to hot weather and no air con) and smelt of cooking . No. 7 was cooler but affected by traffic noise as there was a fair amount of traffic throughout the night. Not ideal for light sleepers. Can’t comment on the meals as we didn’t eat there. Easy access to Pendine Sands. »

« On arrival I was told that I only booked one child where on my booking there was 2 children. Staff was not very welcoming and sleeping when I walked through in the morning. Room ok for what we needed , beds were clean and that’s the main. Bath looks like it could do with being renewed »
