While it was nice to have a large room and balcony, with no kitchen utensils (you have to ask front desk for them) and "green" housekeeping (i.e. they don't want to pay for housekeepers or for new toilet rolls/soap refills) I don't think it justifies the price.
Outside soundproofing is good but inside not good. Kept awake by yelling children and thudding from above.
