Property was conveniently located to all shopping and dining which was good, area and hotel was quiet. Loved the modern decor! Designated hotel parking would’ve been nice, was a tad bit dangerous having to drive a luggage cart across mall parking lot with people flying in their cars but other than that, the stay was good

The hotel itself was very nice. Retro hip look. The room was different from what I am used to. The decor was retro, but what was different is that it wasn’t cozy. No privacy in the bathroom area either. I had to ask for an iron and ironing board. The air unit blew cold air all night on the person who sleeps on the left of the bed. Froze most of the night.

The property was clean and safe. Shopping and restaurants are literally outside the exit doors since it is adjacent to a mall. If I had to complain, it would be to say since it is close to a mall and restaurants, parking in front of the facility was limited.

The room was decent, the upkeep was nice and the staff were very helpful. However, the area was super congested! Traffic was pretty hectic, day and night.

The only issue was got the room due to storm damage and wanted a hotel with a pool for my autistic grandson. The pool was closed. Not really their problem, but still an issue that i had to deal with.

Property is centrally located and front desk staff were very helpful & polite. Only disappointment was housekeeping as had to call the frontdesk to ask them to come back as room was not made up properly.

Everything was nice. The only thing I would say is that they should probably get reserved parking for the hotel other than the handicapped parking there’s no real parking for guest.

We enjoy the convince to the mall. This was our 2nd time to stay here. This time our room was not as clean. We stayed 2 nights, and no one came to freshen our room. Also, there was not a luggage cart upon arrival, and we were told that other guests keep them in their rooms. We were not offered any other assistances other than sorry about your luck. The daytime staffer was very nice. The smoking area is at the front door. So, we had to walk through smoke to enter. Overall, ok place if you are single or not traveling with a family, as I was. I will stay in the downtown area in the future.

The staff was very nice and was attentive to our needs. We had a problem with the sheets not being clean but the front desk handled it immediately and apologized. The second room was better but i did see little bugs around the windows.
