Im going to give 3 stars because the company refunded us for the night we didnt use. My hasband and I travel a dozen or more times a year and have never left a destination early until this stay... the heater in the room sounded like a lawmover or motorcycle everytime it started up and remained that loud until it shut off. Since we got in so late on Thanksgiving we waited until morning and messaged them with a video of the issue, they asked if we had heat, and said they would check it out. We left for the day and there was no reaponse after that. My husband called later that night said we would be checking out in the morning and requested a refund for the unused day, which they refunded us, which we thought was fair.
With that being said one positive, the location. It feels out of town yet an easy drive to major attractions like ruby falls, lookout mtn, and down town. Plus there was free parking at the lodge.
Wish i could give a better review, but this is accurate as to how our visit went.
