Vaulted ceilings, modern furnishings, and natural light give this spacious retreat a distinctive character. Gather in the open living area, enjoy foosball and movies in the upstairs lounge, or dine on the enclosed patio. Comfortable memory-foam mattresses and Smart TVs in all three bedrooms make it easy to settle in, with riverfront attractions and restaurants a short drive away.



The Space:

Our Favorite Things About The Place in Chattanooga

The open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room create a welcoming space to gather and reconnect with family and friends. Upstairs, the lounge has a foosball table, board games, and a 65-inch Smart TV. All three bedrooms have 55-inch smart TVs and plush memory-foam mattresses. The home was professionally designed by owner Stacie Bond.



Home Layout

This three-story home has a two-car garage. The entry foyer includes a half bathroom, coat storage, and room for bags. Stairs lead to the main floor, where a bright living area has a large sofa for the group. Down the hall, the spacious primary master bedroom has ample closet space and a private bathroom with a tiled shower and double vanity. The main floor also has a half bathroom, laundry room, and an enclosed outdoor patio for dining.



On the third floor are two queen bedrooms, one with an attached full bathroom, and a spacious bonus lounge area. Two sofas convert into twin beds for additional sleeping space.

Getting Around:

We recommend a vehicle to get to and from the home and explore all our city has to offer. Several restaurants are within walking distance, and the North Shore riverfront is a short 5-minute drive away. Uber and Lyft also serve this location.

This is a truly special retreat, and we invite guests to enjoy the home and amenities while treating the property and surrounding grounds with care and respect.



We strictly DO NOT allow smoking, events, or parties.



Requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Please message us at least 48 hours before your arrival or departure date. Standard check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m.



The driveway up to the garage is steep. Medium and large vehicles can use it, while vehicles very low to the ground should approach slowly. Street parking is also easily available.



$50 deposit is required to use the garage door opener. You may otherwise open and close the door from inside the garage.



The home sits on a hill and has three flights of stairs. Please consider this if anyone in your group has difficulty with stairs.
