« I enjoyed my stay at the Gray apartments. The apartments are very spacious and clean, and they include all the utilities you would need. The staff are very welcoming, I also liked the convenience of being able to communicate with the reception via WhatsApp instead of having to walk over.I liked having access to the coffee machine in the common room. Overall, a location I would recommend, the cost was also very reasonable. »

« A lovely quiet place close to Avondale shops and some nice restaurants. We recieved a good welcome despite a communication breakdown which meant that we were not expected. Spacious accommodation with solar power and shower. Well equipped kitchen area, and breakfast ingredients supplied by the host. We ikved the fruit from the garden. Thank you Shashi, we really enjoyed our stay. »

My advice for improvements include - providing host mobile number to guest; display of wifi password in the room and checking regularly the gas levels for shower. »

"This place is the worst I have ever seen in term of professionalism. First of all, they did not find our booking. Then, they pretended we did not pay, even when we did show them the proof ou payment and the fact that money was taken from our bank account. They were absolutely rude and spoke very badly to my staff (I booked 3 rooms for people of my firm). It seems like a scam, when they presented fake payment failure. Please hotel.com, dont work with hĂŽtels like that. "
