« What an awesome hotel, everyone was friendly. No air conditiioning, but we survived well. Don't think that if you are from the states, you should rent a car. There are plenty of options for transportation vendors, the hotel will provide you the contacts. Beautiful part of the world. »

« The room we stayed in was just right size and comfy, with fast Wi-Fi and everything we need. The bathroom was okay, but the shower area only had a curtain to keep things in, which wasn’t the best. The breakfast was great, with lots of hot food to choose from, and you could even order from the kitchen. The cleaning could use a bit more work, though—there were visible stains on the toilet and heavy stains on the tea kettle. »

« 131 The Promenade is in an ideal location to explore Cheltenham and the surrounding areas. Easy to get to and set on a lovely wide avenue. The Terrace restaurant has a good choice of meals, suiting everyones taste. Thre is also the splendid Kojo's restaurant which has an atmosphere reminiscent of the orient. The Gin&Juice bar is exactly that. Lively atmoshere and and endless variety of gins and cocktails »

« The hotel is a bit dated in the rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always good and plentiful. Cleaning was poor, never vacuumed in five days, tables were left dirty, sheets never changed. Also there was mold on the window sills and my allergies acted up. A bit pricey for this level of room. »
