„House was spotless, comfortable, in a great location - family was able to walk up to the river walk in the mornings and literal minutes from downtown for dinner / shopping. We didn’t take advantage of it, but property is across the street from an indoor pool for a rainy day activity. The driveway could he a bit tricky - we found it best to drive past, and back into; but past that zero complaints, would 100% stay again. “

„This house is a clean home suitable for a fishing vacation. The bathroom is a little small, and we noticed it had a sulfur smell. We did buy water to use for cooking and coffee pot.The parking area is small also. It was a tight fit to park a truck and boat. Otherwise, everything was fine.“

„The Rivers Edge cottage is exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds very comfy and there are plenty of areas to find a comfortable spot to sit. The screened porch is very large and has plenty of comfortable chairs. „My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Dragonfly Cottage on Lake Santeetlah. We have always wanted to see and hike in the Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest, and we finally got to do that. What a treasure! We also got to experience a wicked night storm at the lake. And we were in the house when the Maryville, TN earthquake shook the area like a little child's toy on May 10th at around 9:00 a.m. The house was cozy, comfortable, clean, and the views were quite spectacular.“

„As a car enthusiast this is a great place to stay. Being just a few miles from the "Tail of The Dragon" and our car rally based at Fontana Village. The house is well kept and has plenty of room for the kids to be separate from the adults. The only issue that we have is trash deposal. I think it would be easier for the cleaner to take care of the trash since they're local and know where to take it. For the customer to have to drive miles down the road to find a dumpster and make room to pack ...
