Located in the peaceful village of Waverton, just 10 minutes from historic Chester city centre, this home offers the perfect mix of countryside charm and city convenience. Enjoy scenic walks along the nearby Shropshire Union Canal, easy access to local pubs, cafés and village amenities, plus great transport links to Chester, North Wales and Liverpool. Family attractions including Crocky Trail and Chester Zoo are also within easy reach.

For stays of more than 14 consecutive nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. This service helps ensure the property remains fresh, hygienic, and well-maintained throughout longer stays.
The cost of the mandatory mid-stay clean is £65, which includes general cleaning, fresh bed linen, and replacement towels.
Guests will be contacted in advance to arrange a mutually convenient date and time for the mid-stay clean.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £20 per dog, per stay. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring your furry friend and kindly ensure they are supervised and that any pet waste is disposed of appropriately. Please note, while there is no private garden, the property does have an open, ungated courtyard to the front. Dogs are welcome, provided they are supervised in this space, and you’ll find plenty of great walks nearby to enjoy with them.

Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and must be approved in advance. Any early arrival or delayed departure outside the standard times will incur an additional hourly rate, which will be invoiced accordingly.

Please be quiet during 23:00 to 07:00 to respect the neighbours.
For stays of 14 nights or more, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required at an additional cost of £65. This includes cleaning, fresh linen and towels.

We will contact you in advance to arrange a convenient time for the clean.

Pets are welcome at the property for an additional charge of £20 per dog. Please note that there is no access to the garden, so guests will need to make their own arrangements for taking pets outside.
