« j'ai envoyé plusieurs message via le chat et mail ou téléphone pour savoir si l'hébergement acceptait les late arrivals. Je n'ai pas eu de réponse. quand j'ai enfin pu joindre l'hébergement le soir de l'arrivée, on m'a indiqué qu'il n'y aurait plus personnes pour nous accueillir, et nous avons payé pour rien. »

« We didn’t have hot water for the whole of our stay. We were told it would come back on after the first day and it did not. The next time they said it we wanted to shower we had to do it in another room, however they asked us to share this room key with other people which wasn’t what we thought when booking. « Could just cope for one night. It’s extremely dated, the heating was an old electric heater and didn’t really heat the room well, I was freezing and had to put layers on for bed because the duvet was very thin too. The room must have had a dog in previously, I had a really bad allergy reaction my eyes and nose were streaming and when I put my leggings on I had dog hairs all over them. The bathroom was nice but had a huge stain in the sink and some of the pipe boxing was falling off. The food...
