Good potential but needs work
We would like to offer an honest review without being harsh but upon entering the unit, we immediately saw that both upstairs bedrooms did not have any window shades or blinds. An item we would have never dreamed would not be present in any rental. So, for 6 nights, sleep was very poor to say the least. We also could not use the heat even though temperatures dropped into the 50s and low 60s (typical summer weather in Cheyenne). We would like to make the following suggestions that might help increase the potential of this unit. Have host provide written instructions. We would urge investment in improving the landscaping, especially the backyard. We would have enjoyed having coffee on the backyard patio, but the view was very unappealing. Granted this was apparent looking at the web pictures, but an upgrade on this would raise the attractiveness of the unit substantially. The shared double bathroom was a unique item, not sure how well this would work if two couples were sharing the unit. Would recommend that at least one grab bar be installed in the tub/shower. Host might ask the landscaping crew to arrive later than 8am. On the positive side: great hot water system, the A/C was absolutely wonderful as was the unit's location. Unit was very well supplied, and the kitchen was very nice.
