« Terrible experience at Regenta. I called beforehand to confirm my check-in time and was told 12 PM. When I arrived, they suddenly said it was 2 PM. I also specifically asked if I needed to bring anything for check-in and was told no, but when I got there they demanded my passport and visa, which was never mentioned.
