« It has everything we needed: 1) 5 beds for 5 of us. 2) Working appliances / facilities (washer, air conditioner, sink, shower, bath, lights, fridge). 3) Large "under the bed" area to store suitcases. 4) Enough electrical outlet to charge our devices. 5) Clean and new. 6) Self checking, checkout, and elevator in building. 7) Area is not far from train stations, but it's also quiet and not noisy. I did not communicate with building manager / host -- but there was also no need to. »

« Nice location. Near from metro station and walkable distance to Asakusa area. Perfect place to big family. Everything was clean and tidy except quite old laundry machine. Some air freshener sprays at the toilet were empty. Hope to visit again! »

« We fit eight in here without any problems. The house was a great base for us to explore the city for two weeks and is an easy and direct train ride from Haneda airport. The host was very easy to communicate with as well. Would definitely stay again! »

« Our family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights. Great location, quiet, and clean. Subway was less than 5 min walk away which made it easy to get around the city. Convenience stores close by. We found the front desk staff to be very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. The room we stayed in was small but had everything we needed (kitchenette, laundry, etc).
